Class sizes are small. Between 6 and 8 people, depending on the content of the session, so that everyone can get some individual attention.

Mobilisation and Stretching
Using the contract release technique developed by Kit Laughlin as a starting point we will go through a series of stretches and movements designed to open up the body to easy released movement.
Long held stretches, partner stretches and gentle movement make this a great way to start your week.
Mondays 6.30pm - 8pm
General Physical Preparedness (GPP)
A bit of everything!
Locomotion, contact dance, strength training, gymnastic drills, games, exercises from various movement systems, skills development and Stretch Therapy.
This is a great option for those who want to sample some of the training without a large financial or time commitment.
Wednesday and Fridays 6.30am - 7.30am
Strength with Kettlebells
A class that uses kettlebells as a tool to increase range of movement as well as strength in the end range.
KBs can also be used dynamically to develop tendon strength.
They are an incredibly versatile tool. Come to the class to learn how to use them safely

6am – 6pm
This is an hour session that is all about you.
It could take the form of a traditional strength and conditioning program using barbells and kettlebells or perhaps you are focussed on developing strength and flexibility using bodyweight exercises
You may be more interested in dance or martial art forms and concepts or you may want a relaxing session of Stretch Therapy
Please do not worry if you are not sure what you want to work on come along and we can work it out together.
These are one off events or five or six week blocks of intensive focus on a particular aspect of movement. They change regularly with specialist guest instructors so stay in contact to see what is coming up next.
